Initial Information. Next, we need to get to know one another better so we can tailor an aesthetic medical solution for your unique situation. We will contact you to:

Step Four

Detailed Information. You provide us with your aesthetic and medical records such as 3 pictures of the area of aesthetic concern (front and sides), blood and other test results, which we will use in consultation with our network of aesthetic medical providers to find the best options for you. All information is kept private.

Step Five

We Research. Our staff then sets to work researching choices available to you. Your aesthetic or medical concerns and personal preferences frame our search for the best hospitals and doctors within our broad network. As we narrow the field of optimum choices, we provide your records to the doctors best matched to your situation. Then they individually evaluate your condition, make recommendations, and provide cost estimates.

Step Six

You Decide. We provide you with a set of options to review, including detail on the hospitals and background on the doctors we recommend. To help you make an informed and confident decision, we will arrange a phone conference between you and the overseas medical team.

Step Seven

We Arrange Logistics. Once you have made your decision, we take it from there, and arrange for payment, 20% deposit from your procedure price at least 3 weeks before your arrival. This deposit is refundable if you decide not to go. Once we have tied down the date for your procedure, Skinologica Assist makes all arrangements with the Hotel, doctor and hospital, and coordinates your travel itinerary. All you have to do is pack a suitcase and board the airplane.

Step Eight

You Arrive. Once you arrive at your destination, you will be greeted at the airport and driven to the clinic. You will be introduced to your liaison, who on our behalf, will coordinate your admission and all details during your stay and then you are ready to meet your medical team. Your lead doctor will explain every aspect of your procedure in detail and the in depth pre-op tests. During admission, you will make final payment to the clinic. The pre-op tests ensure there are no changes in your medical condition since the transfer of records. No matter which of the Skinologica Assist hospitals you have chosen, you will be able to communicate clearly in English, the facilities will be pristine and technologically advanced, and the staff dedicated to your medical care and your personal comfort.

Step Nine

Your Medical Care. Your medical procedure begins. Skinologica Assist will stay in constant contact with you and your medical team throughout your stay, and will relay information back to loved ones frequently. You will be closely monitored during recovery, and once the medical tea has determined that you are ready for discharge, you will either fly home or be moved to nearby lodging for further recovery and follow-up care, physical therapy or tests. In addition you have the choice of custom tailored wellness and health programs we offer, which will speed up your recovery, indulge you and help you to get the most desirable results.

Step Ten

You Return. When Skinologica Assist receives word from the medical team that you are ready to come home, we confirm your travel arrangements so that, once again, all you have to do is pack and board the plane. We stay in close touch once you are home to assist you. We stay connected to you for as long as you need us, and usually after that, and help you get answers should any post-care issues arise.
