Vaginal Rejuvenation

We all want to feel and look youthful, vibrant and beautiful. However, our faces are just the beginning- even the most private parts of our body can affect our self-confidence and body image. Childbirth and pregnancy are one of life’s most rewarding and beautiful experiences, however some women experience devastating side effects.

Childbearing isn’t the only factor-genetics play a role as well. For women who have experienced traumatic childbirth in pregnancy resulting in vaginal relaxation, lack of sensation during intercourse, feelings of embarrassment about the appearance of their genitals or enlarged labia we have a solution.

There are several procedures to consider when it comes to vaginal rejuvenation, depending on specific needs of the patient:

Hoodectomy

It is a vaginal rejuvenation procedure that aims to reduce size of clitoral hood to maintain symmetry. It can be done along with labiaplasty, in case significant or complete reduction of the inner labia is necessary. Removal or reduction of clitoral hood may increase stimulation of clitoris and intensify sexual pleasure.

This procedure takes an hour or less, with recovery period of around two weeks.

Possible risks may include inflammation and infection.

 Vaginal Tightening

Is a vaginal rejuvenation procedure that can be performed with laser or surgically. Its aim is to tighten the vaginal canal and surrounding tissues to reduce changes made by natural childbirth. Muscles at the back of the vagina gets shorten and stretched and unwanted skin removed. This reduces vaginal lining and tightens vaginal muscles.

Procedure takes around an hour and is done in general or local anesthesia combined with sedation. The scarring is inside vagina.

Laser Perineoplasty

It is a vaginal rejuvenation procedure that aims to tighten the muscles of the perineum (located between anus and vulva, labial opening to the vagina) with laser. This procedure can also enhance the sagging outer lips (labia majora) and inner lips (labia minora) of the vagina. Having a perineum is important for sexual stimulation.

Possible risks include under and over correction, infection and failure of fat graft to take.

Vulvar Lipoplasty

Possible risks include over and under suction and infection.

G-Spot Amplification

G-spot or Grafenberg spot is considered to be a highly erogenous zone inside the vagina, that enlarges under direct stimulation. G-spot amplification procedure involves injecting collagen directly into the G-spot in order to enhance sexual pleasure.

This procedure is done with three and a half inch needle and takes less than 10 seconds.

It was pioneered by David Matlock, MD, a gynecologist in Beverly Hills.

The results lasts around four moths and most women require repeating of the injection every three months to maintain the effect.

Revirginization

Is a vaginal rejuvenation procedure also known as hymen repair surgery or hymenoplasty. It is a fairly simple procedure that involves use of dissolvable stitches to reconnect the skin membrane that was partially covering the opening to the vagina (hymen).

Procedure is done under local anesthetic and does not require hospital stay. It takes around sex week to recover after this procedure.
