Penis Enlargement

What Is Penis Enlargement Surgery?

Many men have concern about their penis size and sexual performance.

Penis enlargement, also known as phalloplasty, is the process by which a man can potentially increase the width and/or length of his penis. There are different techniques for this surgery depending on patients’ individual circumstances and needs.

Our doctors does NOT use AlloDerm dermal tissue grafts neither Free Fat Transfer (FFT). If you have suffered a bad result using those techniques, we can remove them and give you impressive, safe permanent penis enhancement using tissue engineering. Tissue engineering is the most effective penis enlargement phalloplasty with superior surgical results.

Penile “enlargement” includes both the widening and lengthening procedures. In most of the cases, use of ligamentolysis for penile lengthening result in penile lengthening in flaccid state. For overweigh patients, in order to expose and in that way lengthen the penis in flaccid state, “wet” liposuction of the pubic region, as well as penile skin reconstruction if indicated. Autologous tissue culture is used for only penile widening, not lengthening.

Who Is a Good Candidate for Penis Enlargement?

Penis enlargement patients are typically men who are dissatisfied with their penis width or length. We need to note that some men may feel inadequate, when actually their penis’ width and length falls within the average length size: 4-6 inches of an erect penis.

The best way to determine if penis enhancement is appropriate for you is to go in for a consultation with some of Skinologica doctors. Doctor will answer your questions about penis enlargement surgery in greater detail, as well as give you opinions and suggestions for treatment.

How Should You Prepare for Penis Enlargement?

In your initial consultation, your surgeon will evaluate your health, determine the possibility of extent of Penis Enlargement, and carefully assess your needs. Be sure to tell your surgeon if you smoke, and if you’re taking any vitamins, medications, or other drugs. You must be completely open and honest with your surgeon. If there is any medical problem, you will be referred to a specialist.

With all of this information, your surgeon can plan the best procedure for your needs and tell you how to adequately prepare for the procedure by giving you guidelines on smoking, what you can eat/drink, as well as what medications and vitamins to take.

How Is Penis Enlargement Surgery Performed?

Penis enlargement surgery, using tissue engineering, takes less than 2 hours of surgery, requires 1-2 days hospital stay and 3-4 days total time. A standard schedule:

Day One: arrive, have consultation and pre-op exam, give blood, check into medical facility & stay night;

Day Two: surgery, stay night at medical facility;

Day Three: post-op exam, nursing care, check-out of medical facility, check into hotel

Day Four: physical exam, departure.

This method has been surpassed by a superior technique. A small amount of the patient’s own blood is taken the day before surgery. Serum is produced from that and used to prepare the scaffolds. No longer is dermal tissue biopsied.

A number of men have come back for a second and a third penile girth enhancement because the results are cumulative.

What Is Recovery Like After Penis Enlargement Surgery?

Most patients are comfortable returning to work just a few days to a week into the penile enlargement recovery period. Make sure you are fully informed about what your recovery will entail and that you follow your surgeon’s directions carefully to avoid complications.

Please Note: It is recommended that patients abstain from sexual intercourse for up to 6 weeks after surgery.

Will the Results of Penis Enlargement Surgery Be Permanent?

Surgery offers the only permanent solution for enlargement of the penis.

Are There Any Possible Complications From This Procedure?

This type of penis enlargement surgery is the best and most safe penile lengthening and penile augmentation choice.

Penile girth enhancement using autologous tissue engineering with biodegradable scaffolds is very safe with highest success rate. Average girth increase in both flaccid and erect states is approximately 30%.

Substantial but not massive size increase is the trade-off for the safety, success, permanency.

When surgery is performed by a qualified surgeon, complications are rare and usually minor. Nevertheless, as with any surgery, there are potential complications and risks. Your consultation is Key. Your physician will spend time discussing these with you during your scheduled consultation. Be sure to bring a list of questions or concerns with you.

Post-operative complications such as inflammation are rare, but can occur. Inflammation can be treated with application of antibiotic ointment.

You can reduce your risk of complications by closely following your surgeon’s instructions before and after the surgery, especially with regard to when and how you should resume physical activity.

The procedure can be repeated a year later for additional gains and some patients have had three girth enhancements. Lengthening is NOT cumulative so can be done only once.
